3.3 Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies happen. In case of genuine emergencies, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will try to accommodate your situation without penalty.
3.4 Technical Issues: If services need to be cancelled due to widespread technical issues on our end or game server outages, no cancellation fee will be charged, and the service will be rescheduled.

7.1 Validity: Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.
7.2 Non-Refundable: Gift cards are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person with prior notification to us.
7.3 Special Offers: Special offers and discounts are subject to availability and may have specific terms and conditions which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
